I am from an electronics manufacturing and R&D company from India. We are looking for experienced freelancers to make a variable frequency inverter in which I can output voltage can also be varied. The input is a dc power source of 5V 4A. The output voltage range is from 100V to 400V ac, with a variable frequency of 50-2000Hz. The inverter need to be minimum 80% efficient.

I am excellent welding power supplies design, Plasma ARC power supplies, high frequency transformers design, solar grid tie transformers, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

Max output current is less then 0.2A? What settings precision do you mean? What isolation rating (primary-secondary) must be? Clean sinus output? (or PWM approximation is enough?) Size? Weight? Climate grade? Dou you need indication of output or just simple trim?

What are you actually trying to do? Variable Speed Drives are fairly standard devices these days and there are many available designs. Most have the same or similar input to output voltages and power. Couple of odd things in your bid you need to clarify. The input power seems very very very small. 5V 4A Dc is only 20 watts. Is this correct? Why or how do you think you can covert 5V 4A into usable controllable 3phase power? In most variable speed drives you CANNOT have input Power this low. The other odd thing is 2000Hz - most 3 phase motors are designed of 50Hz. Higher quality motors can go up to 200Hz which for most stadard motors means about 6000rpm. So why are you looking to spin up to 60,000rpm. What are you actually trying to do????
