There are several methods to do this. But smtp server must be warm up first. It will take around 20 days to make the server sent 50K emails. About spam, its depends on lots of factor. You list, email subject, body content, ip and domain reputation. It needs at-least 30 days to build your ip reputation. No body can give you guaranty that email will be inboxed 100%. If anybody tells you that then you might have to check his background. What I can do is, i can setup a SMTP server with a valid PTR, SPF, DKIM so that email servers accept your emails.
