Print Mailing Label or shipping label:

1. Open program 2. Edit and change Sender information (If needed) 3. Select/Check(not) "Include Return Address" 4. Select/Check(not) "Add Bar Code" 5. Select/Check(not) "Mail Merge" (Use common dialog control to select Excel File) 6. Enter data to 6 part label frame: There should be an optional additional "Send To Attention Field" 7. Drag n drop to move label to a different location: The Drag label will exchange places with the dropped label. (Right Click to delete current label) 8. Click Print to print label(s) Using a VB 6 form, Automate the Full Features of "Envelopes and Labels" feature of MS Word (97 to 07) in a simple VB6 application. This VB program replaces all the Steps that you have to go thru to print Envelopes or labels in word. See attached vbp. The User types in all the needed information and click Print. Word will print the envelope or label(s) The form that I Started, is an example of what I want the VB form to look like. The "From" part is in an ini file Containing: From data: label to use: 6 part Avery 5164 If typing an envelope, only Row 1 Col 1 need be typed in. If "From" frame is blank, No return address is printed. If "Include Return address is unchecked, Don't print return address. If "Add Bar Code is checked, add bar code to printed return address. By checking/unchecking "Print" the label the label will or will not be printed. This way, any or all 6 labels can be printed.
