Hi. Interesting project, I like the food area where I am currently doing automation work. I am a specialist in industrial automation. I have designed and developed automations of some production processes in a medium sized ice cream factory. The automations range from water treatment, dosing and weighing of the ingredients, automatic ignition of gas boilers, on-site cleaning system, filling and weighing of the finished product. I have also reformed and modernized some automatic packaging machines to make them more efficient. These processes involve pumps, valves, flow sensors, liquid level sensors, frequency variators, temperature controls, flame controls, etc. I would be very happy to participate in your project. Hi, I am an experienced process automation engineer with ample knowledge of control, instrumentation and processes like the one you describe. My proposal to you includes the following scope of supply: - The detailed design of your P&ID as per your specifications. Including the selection/sizing of piping, accesory valves, instruments and process equipment if needed like pumps or tri clamps. - An isometric drawing showing the equipment arrangement in your floor space. - Complete BOM and recommendations on the sizing of the PLC/HMI to control your process. - Three rounds of revisions. I will need a full description of the process, the equipment you already have selected and the draft of the P&ID if you have it available. Study and develop piping facility drawings for Design and Fabrication. Coordinates progress follow up of mechanical installation work. Piping & Instrument Diagram, Piping Layouts and Equipment Proprietary Equipment drawing and document development. Performs inspections of all piping work in progress on a continuing basis, witnesses test and completes final P&ID; check prior to turnover. Develops punch lists and monitors completion of punch items. Assists in securing the necessary client acceptance documentation for record. Prepares and has full responsibility for managing piping QC records to ensure that they are fully completed and properly submitted in a timely manner to Document Control.
