We are looking for an experienced customer support specialist to work for our company on an ongoing basis. You will work with our marketing and customer support teams to answer customer questions and help them to understand our service. Communication Tools You will use our company’s admin system to receive inbound customer messages and process them. Our system has the ability to respond to customers via sms or email. Steady Inflow of Customer Inquiries We receive a steady inflow of customer inquiries so you will need be diligent and manage your time effectively. Quick Thinker with Emotional Intelligence You will need to be able to think on your feet and answer questions for a wide variety of customers. Additionally, customers can sometimes be confused or frustrated, so you’ll need to have a high level of emotional intelligence to do this job well. Who We Are You will be working for a fast-growing marketplace startup operating in multiple countries. We’re an innovative team and are looking for someone who has experience but is still looking to get better everyday.

I have finished University with a title "Business in English as first language and German language as second language" in 2014. Hello! We are a premium business contact center that provide agent solutions to businesses! We are located in Mexico (near the border) Our agents speak perfect english ( no accent problems) and also spanish. All agents have 2+ years of experience in call centers with inbound/outbound, sales, customer service, client relations, tech support, web, ticketing, etc. Agent will have his own private space in our center with own pc (not shared), screens, desktop, dedicated internet and will be directly working with you. You pay his working hours, that is all. Our center operations team will monitor his/her performance making sure he/she completes working hours, breaks and will also provide daily/weekly reports.
