Job Description: - consulting and communication with customers (not by phone) - work in the online chat - work in the ticket system and e-mail All customer support is conducted in English. Required Qualifications: - High level of written English language - Knowledge of other languages is welcome. Conditions: - 2 possible working hours: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM (UTC) or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (UTC) - Start and end time is up for negotiation - 8-hour working day - It is possible to work part-time, at home, in the office, from anywhere, remote work - Salary $200 per month

For starters, I would like to say that I do understand the project and English being a language that i do love, I bet that both my spoken and written English will be fit for the project. More so, when it comes to customer relations I truly do have an upper hand at it. Hello, I am a Bulgarian teacher of English with more than 20 years of teaching experience and my native language is Bulgarian. I am currently unemployed. I graduated from Veliko Turnovo University in my country with a master's in English Philology. I have been doing specialized translations for more than 10 years. I have worked in cooperation with a local university professor of Byzantine history and have translated three of his volumes on Byzantine sigillography from Bulgarian into English under the editorship of renown international scholars. I have also translated numerous articles, papers and abstracts for conferences and symposia as well as for scholarly journals and compendia.
