4. It can do great analytics, see which sales rep doing best, which client buying more etc.

5. Sales team can also view their legal docs: agreements, contracts

we have 3 types of reward programs for customers that gives them points, benefits like express shipping etc so software or wordpress integration where customers can see their points, qualified benefits, badges etc.
