ODOO implementation for furniture business

We are a start up Furniture business with outsourced production in the Netherlands and the USA. We sell a series of tables and other furniture for co-work spaces mainly. We have been on a subscription with ODOO but we will be migrating to Amazon Web Services to run the. The ODOO system has been partly set up and we have been using it but we need further implementation/set up and on the Job training. We want a person on site. We are in the San Diego, USA area.
