I’m hosting a three-day event from April 9-11 and need reliable drip coffee makers on-site each day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in our indoor conference room. Attendance will exceed 100 guests daily, so I’m looking for a setup that can keep fresh coffee flowing without long waits or downtime. Here’s what I have in mind: • home based personal drip brewers (ideally multiple units) with hand brew cycles and thermal carafes or 2 small airpot.9am to 5pm. Only 4 hours slots for us per day with in 3 days • All required accessories—filters, decanters, pour spouts, and cleaning supplies. • Delivery, installation, and pick-up at the venue on the specified dates and times. • On-site orientation so my staff can refill water and grounds confidently; optional service visits during the day to swap out full carafes or handle any issues would be a plus. • Equipment that runs on standard 110-120 V outlets and is quiet enough for conference sessions. Let me know the number of brewers you recommend for >100 servings per day, along with your total price and any add-on options such as regular / decaf beans, condiments, or disposable cups.
