To send auto task to concerned people on their google calendar . Periodic reminder for completion of task . Mapping of plan v/s actual. This is for automation. 1. Step 1: Administrator assigns a task to list of doer with date /time . Some tasks are regular task such paying of taxes and some are need based example follow for payments. 2. Step 2 : Doer receives task in google calendar and email too. [login to view URL] does dos the task he says tasks finished automatically it is mapped against Plan 4. There has to be dashboard to see the progress and 52 week historical data 5. List of doer could be editable . 6. All of this has to run on google drive, spreadsheet and calendar.
