I plan to complete the project via writing an Excel macro contained in a separate XLSM file. This approach makes further use of the macro very convenient by offering a Control sheet containing cells populated by the usual Open file and/or select folder dialogs to identify the current input and output files and hosting command buttons and other controls (e.g. rounding limit) if necessary. Further use of macros, fixing of bugs and minor changes are included in the bid without any additional fees. Regards

Hello. I can get this done without VBA, and it be automatic as soon as a value goes into the B column. I'm doing this using formulas only (using an IF statement combined with ROUND, ROUNDUP, and ROUNDDOWN statements). I'm also using a field where you can put in the rounding up number (It's currently set to 0.5, so anything above or equal to 0.5 will be rounded up, and anything else will be rounded down, but this number can be altered, and the whole spreadsheet will automatically use the new rounding number. I can also edit this to use a separate number for each sub-heading if you'd prefer). I've already got the formulas 50% completed, but if you can give me a couple of days, I can get this spreadsheet done to 100% completion for you. A little about me : I've got an IT background, and I've been working with excel for the past 10 years. I know VBA, but this spreadsheet doesn't seem to need it, as it can easily be done with formulas, and it will automatically be up to date. If you prefer VBA, I can switch it up to use a button. Let me know if you're interested in me working on this project, and I'll get it done within 2 days of you accepting my offer.
