Our company is searching for a Personal Assistant who can assist the executive administrative staff and help improve productivity. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for running business errands, maintaining ongoing business files, working with the administrative team to set up the company conference room for important meetings and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

I am working as Admin and Finance Assistant. I am providing general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Disbursement of incoming correspondence. Responsible to schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers. Assist in resolving any administrative problems. Maintain office supplies for the department. Receiving and processing all kinds of invoices, expense forms, reimbursements and request for payments. Maintaining filing system and managing all financial records. Handle petty cash, prepare receipt and payment vouchers. Maintain current list of fixed assets and disposition(s), if any

I have good communication and writing skills and have wide experience (about 30 years) of communication – both verbal and written – during the course of my jobs in the Oil Exploration industry and a brief stint in teaching Physics to students in Indian colleges. I am comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint – formatting, preparing charts, graphs, animations and presentations. I have been using desk top/laptop since last almost 25 years, so I am fairly proficient at handling computers. I can use most modern communication tools and social media apps. I have good data entry skills, include typing and entering data into forms, editing current information, proofreading text , updating databases, Web Search, handling Email, etc I also have good organizational skills which enable me to work on several different projects for several different clients all at the same time. I know two languages – English & Hindi and I am proficient at both of them. Hindi is my mother tongue. I have passed the Level-3 English (US) exam of freelancer.com with a score of 82%. I believe in timely completion of project as per client requirement and on best effort basis. Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Typing, Data Entry, English language
