The description is too high-level for me to provide an actual estimate of effort and delivery time. I can share that I have extensive experience with data profiling, wrangling, cleansing and integrating plus, of course, visualization. I'm Tableau certified and experienced in BI solutioning, but I don't have Quicksight experience (I am familiar with the AWS framework, though). I'm willing to learn Quicksight for the project and develop visualizations using it, I'm betting my Tableau skills are portable to this tool. I'm available for the interview, but must share that freelancing is something I do as an extra activity, I do work fulltime as a BI consultant during regular business hours. I would perform most of the work during non-business hours (PST) and weekends.
