Convert MS Excel Reporting utility to MVC ASP.NET

If a non-MS product is used, get our approval & full source of that will be needed by us. Full source code of everything done (except MS products) will be provided to us & 2 hours of tech support to help integrate this into our project will be part of this job. We have a MS Excel file, which is used as a reporting utility. This excel file uses a OCX/TLB file at VBA side to get the required data from some external sources. The buttons & some Excel sheet cells functions are used as a user interface. User can request for report data by providing some input to some predefined cells & then press execute button. The VBA is executing the button press event & eventually calls functions of OCX/TLB file with arguments. OCX/TLB gets the response from external sources & gives it to the VBA function from where it was called. THE VBA is then presents the data in predefined Rows/columns in the excel sheet. The above is an overview of what the Excel is doing. We want you to develop an ASP.Net MVC web application to replicate the above functionality. The webpage will be a GUI for the user (as like excel sheet in above case) Once you are short-listed, you will get the Excel file & supportive OCX/TLB file & we shall request a rebid. Preferably fixed price, if hourly, provide a not to exceed hours. If not to exceed are not provided, we shall assume a # favorable to us. The project must be developed in Visual Studio 2017. 50% of fixed price or 1st hourly payment will be made after the beta version with source is provided, reviewed & accepted by us.
