Hi One way is to use macro for the project, this solution would be faster and more stable. Although it can be solve with formulas too. Also if you choose macro the Staff columns can be also flexible. Best Regards Ivan

This is an easy task. To properly build a template I'd need the following information: 1) Would you prefer Macro with VBA or just formulas? (First option is more recommendable for larger quantities) 2) Would you like to have a control over default options? (I.e. for template to be user-friendly so that you can change the individual commission or add new employees on your own) 3) Would you like extra safety features on template? (i.e. to have a warning sign when illegal entry is made or when something is out of right place. This might prolong time needed for making the template)
