Hey, I read through the requirement description you shared. Do you want a spreadsheet that works on both iPad and PC? This could be done. However, in my experience with spreadsheets, they may work well between PC and Mac but PC and iPad may have some issues down the line. You would be better off by creating a web based system and an iOS app to access it from iPad. Would you be interested in something of this sort?
