NU 576 Excel Workbook Exercise The purpose of this exercise is to familiarize you with the effective use of Excel as a tool to manage finances and numbers. You are to create an Excel worksheet that demonstrates a staffing plan with salary information for a small hospital unit. The Unit is staffed in three 8 hour shifts. There is 1 nurse manager who works Monday through Friday during the day shift. However, the unit is an inpatient unit that operates 24/7. Each day and evening shift should be staffed with 4 RNs, 2 Nursing Assistants and 1 Unit Clerk. Each night shift should be staffed with 3 RNs and 2 Nursing Assistants.
