I am proposing that a map(s) is produced showing the various characteristics you are needing. I would suggest creating a map for each of the 4 data sets you are mentioning, visualized showing the differences between each of the ports / regions. For instance, a “Port Characteristics” map could have each of the terminals digitized with each terminal color coded based on the other characteristics. (Of course each could also have a call-out with the information, etc. This would be dependent on conversations with you.) I would also suggest creating a general location map with each of the ports called out. (If you are proficient with QGIS (or any GIS platform) a QGIS map project would allow you to turn each of the layers off and on, changes transparencies, etc.) Finally, I would create an Excel spreadsheet for you to have the final data in tabular form. Deliverable would be: 1. Five Maps (4 for each of the data sets and 1 general overview map) 2. Excel Spreadsheet with the final data. NOTE: This proposal is based on you having the data in hand and ready to pass over.
