I have some work, in an Excel spreadsheet. This MUST work on an ipad with the numbers, sheets, or excel for ipad app. Im aware that certain limitations exist as far as VLOOKUP and AUTOFILL functions within these apps on ipad. Here's what I would like to do: I work in sales and i am gettig tired of filling out paper sheets, looking up prices and item numbers, and obtaining signatures on hard copy forms.. I would like to streamline this process digitally with an all-encompassing excel file if possible. I have experimented with VLOOKUP funtions but figure it may be better and more efficent to let a pro handle it. This is the way the business works: I work in about 10 hospitals, all of which have different pricing for the hardware we sell. Basically, I am looking for an excel file that has dropdown lists and auto-fills when i begin typing. The columns would include: At the top of the form: - hosptial - rep (from dropdown lists) The body of the document: - item # - quantity - description - price Toward the bottom: - we have stickers from certain items that need to go on the charge sheet as well, so an area that I can paste a few small pictures with corresponding price Lastly, we have to obtain signatures from the nursing staff after each surgery.. I have PDF expert on my ipad (doing all this from my ipad by the way) and i am hoping there is a way to incorporate the e-signature funtion into the documemt in some way.. Thats it! Thanks in adavnce!
