Modify MsAccess database

I've a MsAccess database -with VBA code wrote- that has a main table with many records within it (currently like 1 million). It has built-in 2 forms, one of them is the main one which able me to make searches within main table. Also, that main form has other features like: Clear, Save Result as Table, Clear Table, Import From Excel, Export to Excel. The "Import from Excel" feature does not work properly because it is inserting duplicate entries and I need to re-build that module taking care of those duplicates, avoiding them. What do I need is: 1- Create a table called "tblSources" with the sources I will mention in the chat (just 12 records now). 2- Create a table called "tblHCADSources" which will keep the records those shows me the sources that every record in "tblHCADMaster" table has. 3- Modify the table "tblHCADMaster" normalizing it against the new tables created into the above points (1 and 2). 4- Once the above points are done, you should modify the main form features to work with the new structure tables. You probably need to modify the modules to "Search" and "Import From Excel" I think, but you will let me know if more need to be done. I will explain the "Import From Excel" part within chat. I need an experienced freelancer, good skilled in MsAccess and VBA and of course, with db aknowledgment.
