As such the process is simple and straight forward. However some questions: 1) Will you want to schedule this job or it'll send emails on click of button (or some other action) 2) Do you have more than one email templates that you might have to choose based on the recipient or nature of email. 3) Do you use internal email or external ones (like gmail) 4) Do we need to build in authentication mechanism for accessing the mailbox in which case used interaction is essential. Based on the answers the choice of technology and approach would be decided.
