I need an Excel VBA expert

I am in need of expert help with a small portion of a small Excel VBA project. The objective is to establish an API link between VBA and NCH’s “Verbose” text-to-speech application. NCH provides a “Unified Application Program Interface” including all necessary, supporting files in their archive. My intention is to pass two variables from VBA to Verbose, one, a text string to be transcribed to audio, the other, a text string providing the path\name for saving the resulting audio file.
