Programm a smart excel inventory file

Hello Freelancers, Our company furnishes and rents out apartments. Therefore we need to create standardized xls "buying lists" listing all the items we need to order per apartment. We are looking for talented freelancers to program us a smart buying list. your job is to program an xls which can do the following: - item category (bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, corridor, balcony, other) - item name - product name (from shop) - item number - supplier - link - number of items needed - price per item - cost of delivery - total cost - delivery time The xls has to be setup in a way, that depending on the apartment size, number of beds and number of people able to life in the apartment the number of items in the list adjust them selves. i.e. i want to be able to change the number of beds, rooms and people and automatically the number of forks/knives, chairs, linens etc. will adjust. adding the items is not your job - an designer will choose - but you have to exactly be able to say what happens where and what has to be added. further requirements: - budget - spending - overspending/saving - aprox. setup time per item - total setup time per apt - manpower needed (8 hours per worker) - check if link is valid and available **Post the reference "xlsCH" in your offer so we know you read the text** sorting: - sort by price - sort by quantity - sort by delivery time - sort by manpower - sort by supplier - sort by category etc. ready for work?
