We need someone to assist us with Simpro, which is our enterprise management software. Tasks that you will assist with include: - creating new customers and jobs in Simpro - updating our parts catalogue in Simpro - creating invoices in Simpro and emailing to customers - general Simpro tasks such as tagging jobs with the correct project tags, categorising sites by region and industry type, etc. The following is essential: - Excellent verbal and written English skills - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills - High speed internet - Work Brisbane (Australia) hours of approximately 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday The following is not essential but definitely preferable: - Simpro experience or experience in an enterprise management system similar to Simpro. - Administrative experience in having previously invoiced or data entry or similar Note this a full time position and we are looking for one person to get to know our company and our systems, so agencies need not apply unless you are going to assign one person full time in a long term role.
