Using Excel Macros, create an inventory management tool

We wish to create an inventory management tool, using excel macros. For this purpose, we will be maintaining a collection of excel files which will serve as data files. Some of these will be master files and some will be transaction files. There will be another interface file which will contain the menu needed to run this tool. This menu will have several buttons to carry out the following actions: A) Masters 1) Create and edit consumable / non-consumable inventory masters 2) Create and edit vendor masters 3) Create and edit customer masters 4) Create and edit project masters 5) Create and edit finished goods inventory masters B) Transactions 1) Create and edit entry of raw materials inward 2) Create and edit rejection of some faulty inventory from above 3) Create and edit issue of inventory for production 4) Create and edit generation of new finished goods inventory 5) Create and edit issue of finished goods to customers As a part of this entire process, some documents get generated. They are store receipt voucher, material arrival intimation, store issue voucher, delivery challan and material gate pass. Also, some further reports may be needed which will be specified later. Userforms need to be created to enter the data (in the data files) through the interface file. So make sure you are well-versed with the designing of the userforms. Some sample files are attached herewith. Please issue your quote to execute this project and the expected timeline. Keep some margin in your quote for a little scope creep. Expect some iterations in the development process and a few rounds of back n forth communication till the product is finalised. Give your quote in terms of creating the project to put data into the system and generate the standard documents as indicated in the uploaded files.
