Digital Marketing for an ecommerce site - Bulgarian Language only!

I am looking for a digital marketing professional for marketing campaigns and strategy for an ecommerce site in BULGARIAN language. The niche is jewelry/accesories/perfumes/cosmetics. The project may include activities like: 1. I need someone to evaluate our current Google Adwords and Facebook ads campaigns and improve them and/or create new ppc and display advertising capaigns, remarketing campaigns. 2. Improve our Social Media presence - facebook/G+/pinterest/instagram etc. 3. Graphic design of banners for display advertising and facebook ads. It would be great if you are G Adwords and G Analytics certified. The success outcome of the project (and possible bonus %) will be related to the reached financial goals in terms of postive ROI after the budget spending, your fee and sales profit.
