The Consultant will establish the organization’s presence, including followers and connections, on the following social media platforms using a well-maintained Hootsuite dashboard or direct access where needed. Consultant will create content, respond to comments, and actively go out within the online community to connect with potential customers or supporters and advocate the brand, polls, caucuses, and contests. The Consultant will meet the following quotas: a. Five (5) to ten promotional Twitter Tweets each week b. Two (2) to five Facebook posts each week c. Two (2) to five Linkedin posts each week d. One (1) 22-minute podcast in October, November, December, January, February, and March. e. Optional posts in online forums each week (Steam, for example) f. short paragraph blog posts per award category per award program, hosted on [login to view URL] g. additional blog posts as need determined by consultant h. Client Interaction each week (if available) i. Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr (optional) - The Consultant will provide the Client with the following reports and maintenance: a. Monthly Google Analytics Report for Client’s Website; weekly upon request b. Monthly Twitter analytics (re-tweets, follows, hashtags, impressions, etc.); weekly upon request c. Monthly Facebook EdgeRank status, Likes, and Traffic; weekly upon request d. Monthly Editorial Calendar outlining the following week’s content (topics or goals) e. Monitor social network conversations as time permits; delete or report spam on company profiles; accept or decline connection requests f. Report customer service questions (should rarely apply) g. Post status updates - The Consultant will meet with the Client at the conclusion of each thirty (30) day period (in person, by phone, or online) to discuss the campaign’s progress and develop strategy for the upcoming period. - The services cited in this section (Sec. 2) represent a complete list of the Consultant’s contractual obligations. The Consultant may elect to provide additional services when deemed necessary. Should this occur, the Client will not be billed for additional services. However, the performance of additional services in one period does not obligate the Consultant to provide such additional services in future periods.
