We are opening a new Sydney wine bar with focus on modern Scandinavian cuisine and are looking for an experienced consultant who will help to bring our vision to life and add more taste to our venture. The ideal candidate for this position will be a natural leader who always has a finger on the pulse of current culinary trends, has previous experience of opening and running a bar / restaurant, financial planning and dealing with suppliers. A Consultant will be responsible for working in collaboration with owners to fine tune financial plan, finding restaurant space, planning work in the kitchen, preparing menu, interviewing and training staff.
