Eye-Catching Banner Ad (Redo)

I have attached a 728 x 90 Banner Ad that I would like redone with somewhat the same message. For whatever reason this just looks plain to me and I need someone who is creative to bring it to life. This should be a very quick job for the right person and it could always lead to more work of similar nature as I am in need of a good graphics designer. Everyone is welcome to bid - even those new to RAC. However, if you are new to RAC you will be asked to submit samples of your work and maybe even to provide a Watermarked DEMO of what you can do. Those with history on RAC, all I need to see is your samples/portfolio and to have you give me an idea of what you have in mind to improve the look. The most important thing is that it gets the attention of people visiting the site that the Ad is one and make them want to click. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
