professional logo design / main page creation (must have portfolio and a good price)

I currently have a resell business on ebay. When I go back to college this fall I want to expand to the local town. I basically advertise same day cash for peoples dvd's , vhs', electronics and anything that I know I can sell down the road for more, and help them by giving them cash in hand within 24 hours or notifying me. name of site is CashForJunk I need an animated logo design that will catch the users attention and show TRUE professional design work. Then I need a MAIN web page. I do webdesign but want a truly professional main page layout (template with the logo) so that I can fill it all in. I want the logo to incorporate a college feel, with purple and gold for the ECU pirates and be creative, bold and cartoonish/fun. Due to the last bidder on ebay scamming me for my money, if you do not have a website with an extensive portfolio or under 10 positive feedbacks DO NOT RESPOND UNLESS YOU WISH TO WORK FOR FREE UNTILL ALL DESIGN FOR IS COMPLETED, THEN I WILL PAY! For the rest, payment can be made up front. ONLY TRUE PROFESSIONALS, AND I NEED A VERY RESONABLE PRICE! I know I am asking for alot for a little price but I know there is someone out there that can grasp my concept for the price im asking. again if you do not have a large portfolio or a decent feedback/comment rating, you will work for free and disclose files when I am 100% satisfied as I was taken for $500 on ebay for a logo/design.
