Build a simple flash game for website

First of all I'm looking for a long term partner for various flash related projects coming in the future. This is the first one: I need to build a maze game that can be played using flash player and eventually it need to be run on my website. The maze is tilted every 3 seconds in a different direction and the player will need to guide the ball using the arrows on the keyboard to the star. If the player hits the wall the screen need to be red (maybe for 0.5 sec see "When hitting the wall"). The game should consist 12 rounds and every round needs to be manually started (see "Pause between rounds" Round 1 should have a small maze but eventually it needs to become bigger. You can use the example pictures provided but perhaps use a slightly different design
