I want to write a code to calculate the forces that particles enforce to each other while moving. the equations of the movement have been uploaded in the files. I have uploaded 3 files for your consideration. the program uses the neighbor list algorithm to reduce the computational cost. I want to apply the same method.

I have 2 years of experience in coding for CFD. I use Pressure-Implicit with Splitting of Operators (PISO) method to simulate and correction factors affect to force acting on surfaces of Electrochemistry Machining (ECM). The methodological approach taken in this study is a mixed methodology based on PISO methods applying into an axisymmetric problem in cylindrical coordinate.
