First Select Property Limited are involved in the marketing and sale of international property over the Internet. We urgently require a person to join us as a freelance business developer and account manager for our online activities. The successful candidate will help recruit real estate agents worldwide to join our online partnership network and take on the management of existing accounts. Day to day responsibilities include updating our online property databases with new property listings and handling booking calls for viewings. We are also looking to the successful candidate to generate direct sales for properties outside of our web sites. The position is self-employed and would suit someone who wishes to work from home or out of their own office (preferably during the daytime). The self-employed candidate will be able to set their own hours to suit their lifestyle. One year's experience in business development or marketing is required as a minimum. Property / estate agency experience preferable but not essential. The position provides the potential to earn £20k+ per annum. We are also offering participation in a profit share scheme. Skills: Computer literate.
