Minecraft Bedrock Resource pack - Very simple + should be easy

---- Bedrock Edition (win 10) ---- All I need it to do is to hide certain things from the game. Under the select skins screen, I need it to hide all skins that are not found in the skin_packs folder. Basically, I do not want any premium skins to be showing. I don't want any of the purchasable content to show, when selecting a texture pack in the settings. Also no purchasable content should show when creating a world aka the templates. I do not want realms to show up. No options should be there to start or join a realm. That's basically it.
