Ghost Writer/Book Writer for 80,000 Word Novel

I require a writer, a good writer, someone with wit, knowledge and a natural charm. I have an outline for a book. It is a developing idea and it will evolve over time. I will provide the outline, the screenplay, and the meat of the novel so to speak, you will provide the padding, the punctuation and the flesh of the story. It will be 80-90,000 words, four parts, perhaps 10-15 chapters per part. English MUST be your first language, UK, Irish, American,Canadian, New Zealand, Australian Writers etc will be given preference. (Apologies if I've missed out any other Native UK speaking countries). I require your price per 2500 words, milestones will be paid per chapter. Milestones will be paid by this rate. This will also include revisions. Bonus will be paid for outstanding work. You must have had led an unsheltered life to bid for this project as it will include instances of adult movie participation, drug taking and distribution, and also scenes of medium level violence. Although none of this will be graphic and will hopefully have a black comedic undertone, it may still be a little too heavy for some in places. There will also be a small amount of academic writing involved (mainly pharmaceuticals) so be prepared for that (although I am medically trained in the areas of interest so can assist with this). The complete plot outline will not be divulged until the project is accepted, at which point a rights disclaimer will also have to be signed and agreed. Upon project agreement I will be reposting the project according to our agreed terms with a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Although if a sequel is commissioned on the strength of the first published novel the rates for further work will be guaranteed at a minimum of three times the initial novels payment for ghost writing. Further screen play commissions may arise from this idea which will play in the minds of many a 25-45 year old western society gentleman. Again, these will be further negotiable. To some this maybe a little 'Pie in the Sky' but I have developed this in my head for a long time and have not had the time or the ability to put pen to paper and follow it through. I now have a little more time (enough to provide guidance and direction), but not the sort of time required to complete a project like this myself. They say everyone has a novel in them, well this is mine and it not only is a novel, but in my mind a series, a film and a damn load of book sales.
