Custom PHP Site Updates

I have full server access and have already mapped out the file structure of a completely custom PHP application—no frameworks layered on top. You’ll be working directly inside the existing .php files, adjusting SQL queries, refining business logic, and tightening up any HTML/CSS that lives alongside the code. You’ll receive comprehensive, up-to-date documentation explaining the current architecture, database schema, and deployment workflow. Once you’ve spun the project up locally and confirmed everything runs, we’ll prioritise a rolling list of bug fixes, minor feature requests, and performance tweaks. Deliverables • Updated PHP files committed to our Git repo with clear, descriptive messages • Inline comments plus additions to the shared docs for any new functions or config changes • A concise change log outlining what was touched and why Acceptance criteria • Application builds and runs error-free in staging • Existing automated tests (included in the repo) remain green • Only the agreed-upon behaviour changes for end users Expect quick code reviews and collaborative feedback cycles.
