Google Ads Expert Wanted

IMPORTANT NOTE: All communication must be through Freelancer. I won't hire someone who will contact me through other means.
I'm looking for someone who knows Google Ads inside and out. if you're certified by Google it's a plus but not a must.
I run a start up marketing agency and I need someone who I can trust to launch ads on google, optimize then properly and keep an eye on them.
A few things I need:
1. You need to be able to chat on video on Zoom or other video chat methods.
2. Your english must be good.
3. If you know Google Analytics 4 well, then that's a big plus.
5. if you know GTM, that's also a big plus but not required.
6. Must be very honest with their hours and must be efficient with your hours. I've hired professionals in the past that quoted a certain amount by the hours but they put double or even 5 to 10 times more hours than needed. Such professionals don't last long with us. You'll need to be honest with us.
We'll start by the project first and if we work well and I see you are competent at your work and efficient with your time, then we can have a more permanent relationship.
This project is posted as "Paid by the hours" but I'll be asking you for a quote on each projects and jobs. I just need to know how much you charge by the hours and how many hours you estimate it will take you to do the job.
