Chrome Extension - Fixed First Tab

I want a Chrome extension created that works like the extension called Pin!
Whenever you open Chrome, the first tab, at the very left will be fixed to one specific URL.
The URL is set in the extension settings.
The tab cannot be closed.
The URL cannot be changed in the browser.
Let me know if your offer includes all of the above, or which if some are actually impossible.
Note: The Pin Tab option in Chrome:
Can be unpinned.
A new URL can be entered.
The purpose of the extension is to make sure the tab is always at the very left and always there, and always the set URL. No matter what anyone does, it is fixed (unless they change the extension settings).

Hi there, Why you are not using Pin tab option on Google Chrome. It has the same functionality that you want. Stay tuned, I'm still working on this proposal.
