dunes floor plans - building layout

I need some illustrations created from old floor plans and condo docs. I have attached the pdf and photoshop files to start with. I have included a scope of work to work off of. There are 10 floor plans, 1 bulding floor layout with 6 units which are floorplans you already created. Milestone creation and payout is included in the scope of work. A milestone of 10% will be created for the first floorplan. It will be paid once the illustration is approved. The remaining illustrations are very similar to the 1st. I will create a milestone for 90% the milestone will be released upon completion I have measurements in all of these floor plans. I need all floor plans to correctly represent the measurements. I want outside measurements. I want everything in different layers. I want a notation of where the gulf is. it is straight off the balcony of each unit except the C building 3br. it is on the side at a 45 degree angle. I have this order for a reason. A building 1 floor plans make me a 2 bedroom floor plan. I have dunes-a-building-2br.psd. Layer 3 has rooms and measurements. layer 1 has room and other info D building 3 floor plans make me a 2 bedroom floor plan. I have dunes-d-building-2br-type-b.psd. you see 2 floor plans. I only need one. pick either. at the end flip it and give me one and then flip it and we will have the other. make me a 2 bedroom end unit floor plan. I have dunes-d-building-2br-type-c-end-unit.psd. make me a 3bedroom end unit floor plan. I have dunes-d-building-3br.psd. there is glass all the way down the left side. please show that in the floor plan. C building 3 floor plans make me a 2 bedroom floor plan. I have dunes-c-building-2br.psd. it has rooms and measurements. [login to view URL] has room and other info make me a 2 bedroom end unit floor plan. I have included dunes-c-building-2br-large.psd. it has rooms and measurements. if this matches the E building end unit, you can use the other info from it. If not leave it blank with just the walls. make me a 3 bedroom. I have pictures of the kitchen with DSC5910, DSC5913, and DSC5918, and dunes-d-building-3br.psd. glass is all the way down the side of this building E building 3 floor plans, 1 floor level this building has units 01-06. 1-3 mirror 4-6 in reverse. each file has one layer with from condo docs and the other layer is a rendering. I need a 01, 02, and 03 unit. Then revers it for 04-06. then use the building layout and put the floor plans in it to give me a full building layout.
