Image editing and submition

I have a database with cellphone specifications and currently there is 205 cellphones that does not have an image. I need someone to do this: Find an image for every phone, minimize the size of the image and maybe edit the picture if it contains shadows, reflections etc. All images must be the front of the cellphone and have a white background. The image should then me uploaded through our web based script. The images should come from the manufacturers press gallery (most manufacturers have one). More details and example of good images will be given to the provider. This is a pretty easy job and my budget is $30.
