Published color book needs typography etc.

Prefer Graphic Designer that lives in or near Boca Raton, FL 33431 area/ mostly desired, who can work at office. Graphic Designer(s) wanted to work and accomplish various projects. The first project is to take a recently published book and improve it by putting in proper typography, columns and paragraphs. You must know typography and Adobe Cs-5.5; InDesign and all programs well. The second project is to match CMYK color to the original RGB file because print color is too dark, not bright. After having a perfect CYMK file, convert to PDF. Third, make two separate RGB files for conversion to e-book formatting, to Moby and e-pub. You know InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, well and are fast. Also, need to be good at Word Press, can design websites and blogs on Word Press. Onsite website needs work, and the other needs to be built. Good at product development, production all levels, and marketing ideas; for this startup company. I will hire freelance people, students, part time, may lead to full time. Need conscientious people who care about what company stands for and is trying to accomplish. Must have the skills, not a beginner, but may not have to have a lot of work history. I am looking for someone who know the adobe programs well and what can be done, but may be in school or just finished with school, and wants work and will work with a startup company. Can pay by job or by hour $8.00 o negotiable. Have lots more work!
