10 Templates and Business Outsource Long-term Partnership

Dear All, I am starting our Web Solutions company soon. I am looking for Outsource company to handle all my website projects from “A” to “Z”. We are looking for professional people in this business with competitive rates. I am currently have a website project it is to design 10 Templates what I need is: 1. Creative Homepage layout 2. Coding to let user login to the Server 3. Joomla CMS to Add/modify text. So it is almost 1 design and the other 9 templates will be changing in layout colors and photos and will use the same coding and CMS Joomla For this Project my Budget is $100 - $120 X 10 Templates.
