4 Page Brochure-with a Magazine Look to the 1st page

The front of the brochure needs to look like a magazine. So it is 4 pages total Very professional looking... as though I am the cover story. So it needs to have good headlines on the front. I also need it delivered to me in Photoshop format so I can change out some items if I need to. The paper size is 8 1/2 X 11. So it is regular letter size here in the states. The 4 page brochure will be attached at the spine. Designers with magazine cover experience is a HUGE plus. Designers who undertstand how to market and sell items in copy is a HUGE PLUS. This is a brochure to sell my speaking services to colleges. I need help with good sales copy. Please do not "check in" with me to see if I am choosing you. You will know if you are chosen. I am putting a longer length in finding a free lancer because my book that I am writing that will be featured in the brochure is not done yet. I wanted to get started in finding someone to design the brochure. I am attaching samples of other brochures. I am starting out, so a good bid amount is important. Here is a sample attached. I have actual brochure samples of others who have created a brochure for speaking but I cannot upload them here as I think the files might be too big. I HAD THIS PORJECT OPENED AND BY MISTAKE THE BUDGET WAS LISTED TOO HIGH SO I NEEDED TO CLOSE IT.
