Build and design a website and forums

We would like to build and design a website and forms that has these features: 1. A home page: It should be a page that shows information about our guitar lessons YouTube channel, our band, and our ‘other projects’. So this homepage should redirect visitors (depending on their choice) to the YouTube channel part of the website, the band part of the site, the ‘other projects’ part of the site or the forums. Description of each part: A. Guitar Lessons Part of the site: We have started a beginner guitar teaching channel in YouTube. The site should feature a main page about the lessons and then a single page for each video (with the ability to add more pages by me as more lessons gets released). These individual lessons pages should have a comment section. The guitar lessons are in Arabic, so this whole section of the site will be in Arabic, except for all logos and art work, that’s all in English, and much of it is attached below. Moreover, since I will do most of the typing myself, and since our logo is in English, you don't have to be Arab to do this task in my opinion. The band section of the report: Our band is a Melodic Heavy Metal band called “Rusted” with influences from Metallica, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Tool, System of a down and other similar bands (and some classic rock bands like Led zeppelin). The band section should feature a main page with information about the band and news feed, and then links to the following 3 pages: 1. Band members and their gear page 2. Band music page (to show off our music) with ability to put YouTube videos easily on it by me later on 3. Mini store where we can sell the bands merchandise. This section of the site should look dark and gives you a metal band impression. Visit some Metal band sites to get an idea (specially the official sites of the following band: Insomnium, Draconian, Eluveitie, Metallica and Slayer). C. ‘Other projects’ parts of the site: should be a page that the band members can easily post their art work, articles, stories, or any other things they want to post on it. D. Forums: the forums should cover the band, mimi store, guitar lessons channel and ‘other projects’ sections. Now, here is the tricky part. The guitar lessons section of the forums should be all in Arabic. However, all other sections (Band members, store and ‘other projects’ sections) should be all in English. We should be able to add and remove sub-forums easily as the final list of sub-forums has not been finalized yet. But here is a placeholder list of sub-forums: Rusted Studios – Main section (This is the Youtube-channel) - القسم العام - دروس الجيتار - دروس اغاني ومعزوفات - اغاني البوب - اغاني الروك والميتال Rusted band – Main section - Music and recordings - Gear and equipment Other projects – Main section - Photography and deign - Programming and Games - Electronics and Machinery - Trips and travel Also, the site must have the ‘Contact us’ and all other standard must haves. The site should be search engine friendly, and Arabic/English language compatible.
