Build a Website

Attached are .psd's that I need sliced up and converted into .html website. I would prefer .html instead of .php so I don't have to run a virtual server on my computer to make future changes. The home page and additional pages are basically the same template, the other pages will just stretch vertically to accommodate the content and will just be a white background unlike the home page. There's 6 slideshow buttons and as the slideshow transitions, the color of the number in the button should change. The user should be able to click on any one of the numbered buttons to skip to that slide. The slideshow should auto fade from one slide to the next if the user doesn't do anything, preferably every 6 seconds or so. All 6 slideshow sliders are in a folder within the home page .psd file. Other than that, it's just a home page and a few content pages. I don't have the text for the itinerary page yet, but I will get it to you. It will look very similar to the text on the old website on this page [login to view URL] The form on the contact page will be a wufoo form and I will supply you with the embed code. You can see the form here [login to view URL] If you can just set all the links on the site to # I can go through it after it's approved and link all of the links to the appropriate URL's. I'd like to have this completed ASAP, by Monday March 3rd at 10am central standard time USA if possible. Once I've approved the proof, if I could give me the website zipped up into one file so I can upload the website to my server that would be great! Thanks for your help!
