Build me a Website

i need to create a website script for a school project , their should be the following pages : 1- Paid Accounts : the accountant can upload his excel sheet to the website using a specific sheet , in this page their should be a "Search Field " so we can search for a specific post by Date or payment type. 2- Services Page : the Service Team can upload an excel sheet to the website using a specific sheet , same as account , their should be a " Search Field " 3 - Future Payments : in this page , the accounts upload using a specific excel sheet their future payments with the ability of deleting any one paid or completed . 4- Domestic Salaries : in this page their should be 2 categories " Local " and " Foreign " , in each the person in charge can upload using a specific excel sheet with the search option 5- Petit Cash Page : in this page , the accounts upload using a specific excel sheet their payments . 6 - Home Dashboard : in the dashboard , only last future payments will show up as for the settings their should be many users login in so we need a user management page to add or delete users , give the ability to the admin to create new pages with the upload option and the search field
