Solution must have option to translate easy all the strings( all frontend and backend panels) from one point or file. Solution must have Unicode UTF-( fonts suport) to show central and east european characters (čćžđš) and support european (german) tipe of time (24 hour format), date (23.8.2014), currency ( 1.2344,56 EUR), adress format.
