Youtube and Twitter page re-designed QUICKLY!

I'm going to be filling this position within 24 hours! I need to hire someone for this very simple job of redesigning both a Youtube and Twitter page. I already have the Twitter page and Youtube page designed, but I'm not happy with the back ground on either page. I'm looking for a talented graphic designer who has experience in designing very attractive pages in Twitter and Youtube. I have the logo already designed and an image of how I would like both pages to look. The concept is pretty simple for the background. I need it to be bordered with zebra print and have pink juice splashes on the majority of the background. I'll provide the image for you as an example but I want you to have the skills to make the graphics even better. This is going to be a low budget job and should be very quick and hopefully easy for the talented designer.
