Create the visual design for a mood tracking app - "Vectorminator" only

The below information is just carried over from the hourly job I had previously posted. This post is only meant to be awarded to the Vectominator but I am not sure how to make it private. Please do not apply if you are not the Vectorminator. The only new information is that 1) I will be supplying much more detailed UI and IA documentation to inform the design in 1 week to 10 days. We will wait to begin the graphic design until then. 2) I am looking for designs for the mood selection page, 5-6 data display pages, an administrative page and a page showing how integrating this data with Jawbone motion tracking would look. 3) The designer will also be creating the logo for this application. 4) We discussed a budget of $750. ----------------------------- Project Description: I want you to design an Android app that logs your mood and tracks it over time. I want to hire an amazing designer that can make this tool simple, powerful and enjoyable to use. While the app described here may seem a little “me too”, I promise it is not. There is one critical element that is not described, but will be added in a future iteration that will make this app stand out as the first of its kind. For now, I am looking to you to help design the UI and then turn that into a graphic design that will be easy for an experienced Android developer to make functional. You should have experience designing for Android as well as design to display detailed data in a way that is easy to understand and use. The app will have the following screens/options: 1) Input your mood. This would simply be a sliding scale with the following (editable) options: +4 : Amazing +3 : Great +2 : Good +1 : OK 0 : Neutral -1 : Blah -2 : Bummed -4 : Dejected -3 : Morose The screen should also give them a field to input their current activity. This can be auto-populated with things like: working, eating, exercising, playing with kids, family events, shopping, vacation, playing games, etc. In addition, they should be able to create a new category at any time. This choice should default to "leave blank", so they are not forced to select an option. This screen should also allow you to input your location (if you want) such as home, work, school, etc or it can be a zip code entry or use the phone’s location services with a mapping tool to determine your most likely address when you input a mood. For users planning to input specific locations, they should be able to customize or add new locations. The screen would also capture personal notes and allow the upload of images. Later, the user can click on their mood at certain points in time and see any notes or uploads associated with their mood. See the attached PowerPoint for examples. 2) An analytics interface. This app would allow you to see your data sorted by time, location or event across a multitude of visualizations. In addition, the user should be able to sort the data within a timescale to compare things like day vs night, weekends to week days. Or they could use the activities from bullet point 1 to compare, such as mood at work or while playing with kids. See the attached PowerPoint for examples. Aggregated data (say looking by quarter) should default to an average, but give options for showing: median, mode and standard deviation. 3) For reference you can check out some of these sites to help you create something as easy and enjoyable to use or better.
