The Real Estate Centre is Toronto based real estate consulting and sales firm. We have grown to 25 agents, and are looking to build efficiencies in our deal submissions and listing management. We are looking to find a developer that can build a web site portal for our agents to get into and get in touch with the executive team and marketing. We are set up in G Suite, so we have full access to google docs, drive, etc. The login will give the four options: 1. Event and Training Calendar. Ability by the Executive to add all corporate training and social events. Would like this to be a copy of our Corporate Google Calendar. 2. Resource Library Ability for agents to download all sales material and tools, view training videos. Would like this to be a Read Only/Download link to our Google Drive. 3. New Listing Marketing When my agents list a property for sale or lease, they can go through a sequence, put in clients information, property details upload photos. Upon submission, our marketing and reception departments get the info via email. Marketing can then create the property brochure, social media ads and flyers. Reception can get all the showing and access instructions. 4. Dashboard I would like this to be a dynamic and nice looking dashboard that is fed its data from an excel file or google sheets.
